A Word From The Artist --
“After many years of crate-digging for just the right sounds, chopping samples to hell, processing and re-sampling - I slowly ended up finding more freedom and gratification from building my own patches, ground-up. After some experience I often find myself surprised by how warm, organic and UN-synthetic the results feel - perhaps because I am in no way TRYING to make sounds that sound "real" - whatever the hell that is. My personal relation to the music
I write (and hear!) continues to grow more enriched from this process. I hope artists can find inspiration from this, and when someone says, "wow - you really have your own sound!" you can smile just a little wider.”

This special release includes a copy of the custom built Lokua Live Library_v1, a collection of over 150 Ableton Live Instruments and Effects (racks and presets) meticulously built and maintained by the artist over years. No installation is necessary, as no samples are contained. Majority of Steroids was composed from these exact devices.
